Public Status Pages
Keep your users informed without fielding support tickets. Uptime bars per service, an incident archive, scheduled maintenance windows and email subscribers who hear about an outage before they email you - all fed automatically by the monitors you already run.

How It Works
Step 1
Compose the Page
Drag hosts, uptime monitors and cron jobs into groups. Give each one a public name your users recognize instead of an internal hostname.
Step 2
Publish It
Share the Fivenines URL, or point status.yourcompany.com at it with automatic SSL on Pro and above.
Step 3
Let Users Subscribe
Visitors opt in by email on Pro and above. Confirmed subscribers hear about incidents, updates, recoveries and planned maintenance.
Step 4
Announce Maintenance
Schedule a window in advance. The page banners it, affected services turn neutral, and that downtime is left out of your uptime bars.
-
Uptime Bars That Do Not Lie
A bar per day (or per hour) over your chosen window - 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days - with the exact downtime in the tooltip. Below the bars sits the incident archive, month by month, going back further than the strip does.
-
Email Subscribers
Double opt-in signup, one-click unsubscribe, and mail when an incident opens, gets an update, resolves, or when maintenance is scheduled, starts and finishes. Manage the list, remove a subscriber or export it as CSV from the dashboard. Pro and above.
-
Scheduled Maintenance
Announce planned work before it starts. Affected services show a neutral Maintenance state instead of red, the window gets its own tab, subscribers are told, and the downtime is excluded from your uptime percentage. On every plan.

Compose the Page Your Users Actually Read
A status page is not a dump of your infrastructure. Drag any host, uptime monitor or cron job into place, group them into sections like Websites or Game nodes, and reorder by dragging. Sections collapse, and each one shows its own rolled-up status word.
Every entry takes a public label and a one-line description, so web-03.prod.internal appears to your users as Customer dashboard. Your internal naming stays internal.
Pick the theme (system, light or dark) on any plan. On Pro and above, add your logo and point your own domain at the page with automatic SSL. Your users visit status.yourcompany.com and never see ours.

Tell People Before They Have To Ask
When a workflow detects an outage, the incident lands on your status page immediately - no manual toggling. Post updates as you investigate and your users follow along on a timeline from detection to resolution.
On Pro and above, visitors can subscribe by email. Signup is double opt-in, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe header that Gmail and Apple Mail render as a native button, and confirmed subscribers get told when an incident opens, when you comment on it, and when it resolves.
Subscriber emails are treated as the third-party personal data they are: owners and admins manage the list, removals are written to your audit log, and every CSV export is recorded with who took it.

Planned Work Should Not Look Like An Outage
Schedule a maintenance window with a title, a markdown description, a start and end time in your page's timezone, and the services it affects. The page announces it in a banner before it starts and lists it on a dedicated Maintenance tab.
While the window is running, affected services show a neutral Maintenance state rather than red, and they stop counting toward the page's overall status. Downtime inside the window is subtracted from that page's uptime bars and percentage, so a planned migration does not dent the number you publish.
Subscribers are notified when the window is scheduled, when it starts and when it finishes. Cancel a window and it disappears from the public page entirely - banner, tab and uptime exclusion all stop - while staying in your admin list.
Embed Your Status Anywhere
Every page ships shields.io-style badges you can drop into a README, a docs site or a customer portal. The builder generates the snippet for you in Markdown, HTML, reStructuredText or BBCode, for the whole page or for any single service.
Status or uptime
Show the current state, or the uptime percentage over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Five styles, two themes
pill, flat, flat-square, plastic or for-the-badge, in light or dark, with an optional label override.
Per-service badges
Badge one service instead of the whole page. The URL is keyed to the service itself, so reordering your page never breaks an embed already in the wild.
Iframe widget
Drop a live status widget into any page that accepts an iframe.
JSON endpoint
A CORS-enabled status endpoint returns overall status, per-component state and uptime for programmatic consumers.
Cached and public
Badges are public and cached, so embedding one in a high-traffic README costs you nothing.
Tuned For Real Infrastructure
Choose the window
Show the last 24 hours as hourly bars, or 7, 30 or 90 days as daily ones. The legend and percentage follow whatever you pick.
Set a green tolerance
A three-minute blip does not have to paint a whole day amber. Allow up to ten minutes a day before a bar changes color - the tooltip still discloses the exact downtime, and a genuinely bad day stays red.
Archive that outlives the strip
The page shows recent incidents inline, and a Past incidents tab in the header opens a dedicated archive paginated by month, which is not capped at 90 days.
Status pages are included on every plan - three on Starter, ten on Pro, a hundred on Business. Custom domains and email subscribers start on Pro. See pricing.
